I was in Columbia for an extended work trip and found so much joy and peace in this studio. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I felt welcomed every time I came in. Each instructor has their own style of teaching from traditional Pilates methods to more modern strength training. They offer classes all throughout the day so even if your schedule changes, you’ll be able to find a class to work into your day. I especially enjoyed my classes with Lilla and Stephanie! I highly recommend! ☺️
I’ve been a regular at this studio since March, and I absolutely love it! A huge shoutout to the amazing staff and owners. My favorite instructors are Aleisha, Matt, Jenna, Amy, and Chantel. Keep it up guys
This is the most welcoming place! Classes are challenging without feeling impossible. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend for all skill levels to get physically and mentally fit!
