I’ve been taking classes at Club Pilates for the past 2 years and I’m so grateful for Salma, who is an excellent Pilates instructor! When I first started, I couldn’t even lift light dumbbells, and now I’m comfortably using 5lb hand weights! That’s a big deal for me, thanks to Salma’s guidance and support!! I highly recommend Salma’s Pilates classes!
