I had such a great experience at South Frederick Club Pilates! I took the Cardio Sculpt class and loved it! It was a full body workout, fun, and certainly got my heart bumping! I have 3 bulging discs in my lumbar which also affect my hip and I didn’t have any problems. I push myself in every workout and this workout was no different. Taking another soon!!!!
Sharon's intro class was amazing! Everyone there is warm and professional. I'm so excited to join Club Pilates in Frederick!
All three people that I encountered when I went for my intro class were extremely courteous and professional. And they really seem to know what they were doing…
I was really impressed with this club. I have never done pilates before nor can I say what pilates was. I left having gained new understanding and I'm excited to try it out.
