First I took a free class and the instructor didn’t know what I meant when I told her I had Diastasis Recti. That was the reason I wanted to take a Pilates class, it’s supposed to help with that. I told the instructor so she could modify for me what she thought I needed to not make it worse. But she wasn’t aware of the meaning of that which I was told that all instructors are supposed to be certified in that but I guess not. My experience with Friendswood location, where I have been a customer for over four years has been amazing! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about what they are doing, and the front desk staff is exceptionally caring. Additionally, they offer a great variety of class times that make it very convenient to attend. Give it a try!

I love this location! Been going here for a few years and Kirstie is one of the reasons I kept coming back as I first got started. Management, front desk team, and instructors are all great. I love the fun events they do too! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this studio.
