Love this place! The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable, especially for beginners like myself. The girls at the front desk are always very welcoming and kind! Happy to be a member here at the Elmhurst Club Pilates. The unlimited membership is the best. Loving my flexibility to come and go whenever I want and my 6 classes a week.
Club Pilates fuses classical Pilates on a reformer with modern twist. Every instructor has their flair and guides you through 50 minutes of class with fun themed music. There's different levels starting from 1.0, 1.5 to instructor approved 2.0 classes. There are progressions offered at each level to give you challenges. Moved here in January and carried my membership over from SATX. CP Elmhurst made the transition easy; the front desk helped me acquaint myself with the area, and the staff, class contributed to my success of weight loss and helped me reach more goals.
Cristy is friendly and accommodating. Cristy is phenomenal and sensitive to any injury or discomfort one is experiencing and ready to provide modifications as needed. Always challenging with new experiences
