Incorporating Pilates into my health routine has been a great decision. Strengthening, stretching, improved balance. Overall feeling better. The instructors are easy to understand, take one-on-one time to make sure you’re doing the movement correctly and provide alternatives if a move doesn’t work for you. And they make it fun!
I went to the intro and immediately fell in love! I signed up and came the next day. My first experience for a full class was great! Everybody was nice! The instructure was so helpful explaining everything to me as they went on since this is my first time ever doing reformer Pilates! Everything was clean! Highly recommend
