I joined Club Pilates a couple of months ago, knowing nothing about Pilates, and desiring a new exercise routine, program, and accountability. The first time I came to an intro class I was hooked; my muscles were shaking and my curiosity was sparked. I could tell my body was challenged in ways I couldn’t do on my own and I knew this is what I needed to become a stronger woman (and mother). The class vibes are also something I love.
