Frustrating for beginners. I attended my second class today and the movements performed were much more complicated than what's introduced in the intro class. The instructor kept that class pace fast, which was good for seasoned students. Meanwhile, I'm over here like a beached hippo trying to get my feet in the straps while others are on their second rep. Club pilates is a game changer for me. It helps me build strength and endurance as well as keeping me limber.
I have so enjoyed my time here. The teachers are friendly and so are the people in the classes. I can’t wait to see what’s next
