Club Pilates is awesome. The instructors and front desk staff are amazing. It’s always a welcoming environment with many classes to meet your needs and the instructors are wonderful with modifications for each individual. I feel so much better after each class. Thanks , Club Pilates Rock Hill for all you do for your clients.
Joined here for about a month. It’s extremely difficult to book classes ahead of time! Most classes you have to waitlist and then you happen to get in at the last minute. If you can’t go then you get charged a cancellation/no show fee. Classes would get cancelled frequently. Instructional quality between trainers is astounding. Front desk staff gives you the typical Gen Z stare and isn’t friendly. I love the couple of pairs of grippy socks I got though 🙄😆
Signed up for an intro class, left work early to get there well before class starts but was told I could not take the class because I didn’t answer my personal phone at work to answer some questions prior to class. So I left work early, didn’t know I was going to get cancelled and zero flexibility on filling out paperwork at the studio. What?
I am starting my 4th week at Club Pilates Rock Hill and have had nothing but positive experiences. The instructors are fantastic and the customer service is stellar! Today I had the magical experience of taking a class with Hemal who made me feel comfortable while pushing me to work harder than I have during any other class yet!
I love this place. Just hit my 100th class!!
