My first Pilates class since moving back to Georgia. Makenzie is an excellent instructor - great workout! The assistant manager Nyla was very sweet and helped me sign up for a membership. The process was very smooth and easy. Overall great experience. I highly recommend.
Refused to refund after I gave them apt proof to cancel my membership. Over $200 wasted as I move over 400 miles away

Came in and signed all paperwork to cancel and they continued to charge me for months after the fact. And also refused to refund
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FREE CLASS!! They will coerce you into signing up for a membership after your class, say you have "7 days to cancel" and that they're just "keeping your card on file" for if you decide to sign up, but then when you call and try to cancel they will do everything to not let you cancel until you literally have to threaten them. They are so pushy and will try to have you "think about it " before cancelling, but in reality they are just trying to prolong your cancellation so then they can trap you to have t... read more
