Very disappointed in this location. BEWARE you have to commit for 90 days (which is not told to you) and then give 30 day cancellation notice. This gives them 4 months of guaranteed patronage with no way out. Also, doesn’t compare to Lake Forest location that offers way more class options than this. My advice - find a different studio.
Super clean studio and all equipment is in fantastic shape! Shouting out Emily, who I see for private sessions and for class. She has such a warm, fun energy and provides the best cues to keep you focused and safe. From a 1:1 perspective, she attentively listens to your goals and limitations to program movement accordingly. I’m really grateful to have found such a great teacher and encourage others to join for classes! Finally, Sidney at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful :)
Worst customer service ever.do not answer calls. Do not respond to questions.
Instructor was super rude about explaining the reformer machine to a beginner, class rebooking was super difficult, management is disorganized and sassy? They have you purchase specific socks for the class that cost 20 dollars without notifying you ahead of time. Would not recommend
