Wonderful classes, all the teachers have very unique styles. Definitely have stretched areas I didn’t before, these classes have been so helpful.
I have been going to Club Pilates for almost 2 years now and I love it. I like how it has changed my body and my core. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful explaining each position.
