Tried to cancelled my membership due to travel plan, tried via in person, text messages, phone calls, filled out a form and still got charge! What a joke.

Don’t waste your time and money this place is a scam. I had a very disappointing experience with Club Pilates Austin Street. I joined under a 3-month membership for 8 classes per month, but I found it difficult to consistently schedule classes at times that worked for me. The situation became worse after I arrived just a couple of minutes beyond their 5-minute late policy. Club Pilates is a good option for beginners starting their fitness journey or anyone looking to improve core strength and flexibility. The workouts offer a gentle, low-impact way to exercise with minimal stress on your joints. However, if you are an avid gym-goer used to heavy strength training and intense cardio, you might find these classes lacking a challenge. I was 1 min late for an intro class, and wasn't allowed to enter the class even though the class hadnt even started. I saw the instructor was chatting with other participants. I understand if its a 5 min or 10 min late. But for being 1 min late, this seemed inconsiderate and unwelcoming to me. It seems like they value their ego more than new customers and customer retention.... I wouldnt join a place that doesnt value their customer relationships. STAY AWAY

I'm postpartum and was hoping to join this location as part of my healing journey, but want to ask a few questions first. I've been trying to contact them for 2+ weeks with no success.
