Love my classes with Sonia! They’re not only challenging, but incredibly smooth and well paced.
Amazing experience! Shelby was great, she definitely kicked my ass during the intro class, but in the best way possible! 😂 It reminded me just how out of shape I’ve gotten after taking a break from Pilates since moving. I used to go to the Tanglewood location, and I’m so happy to be getting back into it. The studio is beautiful, and the view overlooking the lake is just 👩🍳💋 chef’s kiss. Such a great addition to the whole experience. Looking forward to coming back!

I took the free intro class on Friday. The staff were very welcoming and answered all my questions. I can't wait to get started with my membership.
I recently started Pilates. I was very nervous to start as I didn’t think I looked like the typical attendee however I have been so pleasantly surprised. I have taken group and private classes and have felt extremely comfortable at Club Pilates. Dana has been amazing with helping me understand how far to push myself and modifications needed as I navigate doing this experience with Lupus. It has been great getting so much encouragement and feeling amazing moving my body.
