This is by far my favorite place to work out. The Plymouth and Maple Grove locations are absolutely incredible - it truly is a community of people who care about each other and love Pilates! The instructors are inclusive and provide challenging workouts. All in all 11/10!
I had a couple of health issues during the pandemic and was not able to make the classes but the owner kindly understood it and offered a reasonable solution for me. He has been amazing at communicating with me via many emails and resolved all the problems very promptly. Great location, instructors and the management. Thank you!
I had similar bad experience with franchise owner on their method of reminder and club charged. Part of it is my oversight of my credit card charged but when I expressed an intent to cancelled you got the response like Comcast that tried to keep you hanging and try to use “contractual language” to lawyer their way into keep charging you for the service you had not used for 6-7 months.
