I have been going to Club Pilates for three years now, and I am genuinely very happy that I made the decision to join. Pilates has helped me both physically and mentally, and I feel that it has made a very positive difference in my life. Love this studio! Everyone is so welcoming, the instructors are fantastic, and the studio is always clean. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and caring, and they’re always so helpful with rescheduling or cancellations. Highly recommend Club Pilates!
Going to Club Pilates Newmarket has been fantastic! From the front desk to the instructors, the whole team is friendly, approachable, and truly helpful—special shoutout to Ashley for being great. The studio is top-notch, exceptionally clean, and really well laid out. Every class is a solid workout, and I always walk out feeling like I accomplished something!
My experience with this club was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it. I found the management, coaching, pricing, customer service, and overall flexibility to be below expectations. One of the biggest frustrations was paying for a membership but then being unable to book sessions because I was repeatedly told that all spots were already full.
