If you know me, you know I’ve never stuck to a workout this long, but Pilates changed that! This place is my escape, my safe haven, and honestly, my happy place. Classes Everyday and Every hour! That’s my favorite thing, plus they have memberships to use just locally, some to travel nationally and internationally too! They have free classes for friends and family and the boutique inside always has variety and new items! They also provide a coffee bar for you to get your treat after class everyday! As a coffee lover myself this is just the cherry on top!
