Adrianna is an EXCELLENT instructor! Benicia Pilates has many amazing instructors, but Adrianna is one of my favorites. She takes the time to give clear, specific instructions, reminding the students of their breath, which muscles they should be using, and the correct form.. I feel confident doing Pilates with her because I know exactly what my body should be doing. She gives adaptations for the exercises and she plays great music! To top it all off she is very nice.
