Diane is a Fantastic instructor!
Nicole is the bomb! She is the best instructor, So friendly and a great instructor and challenges you, she is approachable and willing to help in any way to make sure we are doing our Pilates correctly or modifying to help. Always mixing up things. Love her classes.
Great instruction with a variety of teachers. A class is never the same—lots of variety. Instructors are knowledgeable and watch your form so you don’t injure yourself. Very clean and lots of equipment. Love Thordis, Tuds, Kristen, Diane, Nicole and all of the other teachers. They are so patient and try to make sure that I get it right!
