Nicole does a wonderful job explaining each step, position and what your body is doing while you are in class. She certainly does her homework! I always feel challenged!
Best time I have had in a reformer Pilates class!!
Jenn’s TRX class is the best! She clearly knows what she is doing, she is thoughtful about her plan for the class, and she is so encouraging and high energy. This is my hardest, but also my favorite class.
A good overall workout-easy to follow and not too demanding or fast.
Always feel I get a good workout and enjoy it also in Nichols class.
