The classes and instructors at Club Pilates Tyler were great, but unfortunately, the billing practices and lack of communication completely ruined my experience. For nearly a month, I called two to three times every week trying to speak with a manager before my next membership payment was due. I could not log into the app to update the credit card on file, and I specifically asked them to stop attempting to process the automatic payment until someone could help me. Love all the instructors. You get a good workout at every class. It's always a little different so you don't get bored. Seeing improvement in muscle tone and balance.

I booked a class over the phone because I have a class that ends 20 mins before the class starts and broadway is busy I knew I might be 5 or less late and I made it at 1:04 and the lady at the front seat with a bandaid over her eye told me I can not come in and my mom was already in back she claims it was because they were already warming up but that was not the case because I could hear the lady in the back saying before we start our warm up there are head rests you can adjust . I fell it was very race motivated .

I booked my intro class with them for the end of October and was genuinely excited to go. About five days before my class, they called to confirm my appointment and go over some pre-visit details. I answered because it was a (903) number and I was expecting a call from a vendor. I let the caller know that I was at work and planned to call them back later.
