I’ve had a membership at Club Pilates North since it opened. I was hoping to write this review after I had logged 1000 classes. I’m close…940! I’m currently recovering from a shoulder surgery and am missing Pilates SO MUCH! I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 40 years and was looking for something to help with all my aches and pains when I went to an intro class. I cannot say enough about how strong and healthy I feel at 67 years old and it is all from Pilates.
Got to take the intro reformer class with Vera. I like that Vera is an instructor that focuses on technique to make each movement more effective and safe. I look forward to more classes with her
Total experience was beyond fabulous. From the first greeting, the staff was positive and welcoming. Our Instructor was motivating and gave clear instructions. Also loved the hands on corrective approach paying attention to correct form and alignment. After class, everything was explained and questions and concerns were addressed in all available club memberships .Thank you for becoming my new addiction!
I’ve had a great experience here! The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are very helpful and patient. As someone new to Pilates, I really appreciate how clearly they explain the exercises and guide me through each class. It makes me feel comfortable and confident as I learn. Highly recommend!
Really good, been going here on and off since 2020
