I had some special circumstances and the instructor was very accommodating and helpful. I am very excited to continue my Pilates journey.
Elaise is a fantastic instructor. I’m new at Pilates and not that good. But she always makes me feel I do great. Mind u I’m a senior and haven’t worked out in over 30 years.
Love this studio! Im suffering from spinal issues along with a total knee replacement . The instructors modify the workout for me without drawing attention to me. This helps with my self consciousness. I feel so much better after a workout.
