I just finished Yohanna’s 1.5 reformer flow and walked out of the studio with the Pilates shakey legs. You can go to a lot of places and get run through routine but this studio has instructors that pay attention and offer that magic cue that just makes everything click. Yohanna is definitely one of those instructors. Can’t recommend enough!!!
