Have been coming to the Viera location for almost 3 years, over 400 classes. Great instructors, very knowledgeable and encouraging. Nice variety of classes.
Absolutely love it here! The instructors are nice and help me modify exercises so I can get a full workout with my herniated discs.
This is a well-run studio with clean, modern facilities and reformer machines that are in excellent condition. They offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day, the scheduling app makes it easy to manage your sessions, and the pricing is reasonable for what you get. I've seen real results after just a few weeks, and the front desk staff are consistently friendly and helpful.
