I am deeply disappointed by the increasingly unprofessional enviorment created by Jessica. Today, upon walking into her class, I was immediately greeted with a passive-aggressive 'here comes trouble' comment followed by a condescending pet name 'honey' as I was leaving. One would expect adults to behave professionally, not high school caferteria bullying. This was not an isolated incident and was stated in front other clients who were coming into the space.
