Asiya as amazing. She was patient and encouraging during my intro session so I decided to return. She made sure we all got the appropriate workout safely but effectively.

Zachary is one of the best instructors at Club Pilates Silver Spring. He is knowledgeable humorous and very patient. He also listens to us when we tell him what areas of the body we need to focus on. The exercises he gives us hit all of the class’ requests! He knows how to coax you into pushing yourself while exercising. He’s the best!!
I had a great intro class with Aysiah! She made the reformer device less intimidating and walked us through the workout in a peaceful and calming manner. She also plays GREAT music.
