I have been working out here for years and can’t speak highly enough regarding how much Pilates has impacted my life positively as a result. So grateful for the Silver Spring location and all the great instructors I have had the privilege of having!
The introductory work out was very good! The instructor explained the movements clearly and the flow was comfortable! I could feel it in my abs the next day!
It always gets my blood flowing. Gives me energy for the day
