Updated review as of May 2026. I'm now 177 classes in! If I could do Pilates every/all day I would. This is the first exercise class/workout that has stuck in all 30+ years of working out. I love love love it to the moon and back and more. For those reading this review, take a Free intro class and check it out for yourself. I went here today for an intro class and what I can say is my first experience …wasn’t it. I came early, had to buy some expensive socks (they were cute though lol), and then wasn’t attended to. I was told 3 times the instructor was going to call me personally, talk with me regarding my experience with Pilates, diagnoses, and any surgeries I’ve had. Not the nicest customer service. If it's a free intro class and I am new, be nicer. I will not be back and do not recommend this studio. Didn't feel welcome.
I don't know if I went on an off night but I didn't have a welcoming first experience like others describe in the reviews. Front desk didn't advise me what to do on my first day except where to put my shoes. Had no idea I could just go back after the previous class was done. Got to the back and picked my spot but no one gave me a briefing on what to expect or how to use the equipment. I gpt there early enough for an overview. Class was good.
