I cannot recommend Club Pilates (Trinity) enough—it has completely transformed both my body and my mind. If you are on the fence about joining, this is your sign to just do it. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect from the equipment, but the instructors are absolutely incredible. THIS LOCATION HATES TO US THE AC!!! Updating my review because so much has changed since the last one since there is new management. My biggest complaint is that it is always hot and muggy. This is a franchise so I know there is no corporate limit on the AC temp. Especially because I have been to other locations that keep it COLD, like a fitness center should be. Club Pilates of Trinity has transformed my body from the inside out! I’ve been a member for over four years — the first exercise routine I’ve truly stuck with. The instructors are patient and knowledgeable, clearly explaining which muscles to engage and offering modifications for all levels. Pilates has made a real difference in my life. I'm stronger than I've ever been.

I decided to give Pilates a try just a little over a year ago. I am not cut out for a traditional gym and just wanted to try something I could ease into and hopefully improve some of the issues I had with lower back pain and pain in my hips. There was a noticeable difference just a few weeks in to my visits beginning. I have been a member at Club Pilates Trinity since it opened and celebrated my 100th workout about 6 weeks or so ago. The instructors at this location are very knowledgeable and conscientious about your form so you maximize your workout and do not injure yourself by doing it improperly. I highly recommend CPT when looking for a studio. 10/10
