Claire and Shay helped me with all my questions and concerns. I had my free intro class. I am a beginner and I can’t wait to be back for my first class. 10/10 studio was nice and clean. You’ll need grippy socks 🧦
My first actual class... Excellent in all ways in balance and stretching for me as a 78 year old with a lot of very tight ligaments and muscles. Professional, clean, timely... Just wish United Healthcare could see the value of Pilates vs much of the other Renew Fitness worthless programs they do cover.
Early parking is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They correct your positions.
