I’ve never regretted going to a class!
My first time taking Pilates, wasn’t sure how it would work out. Jeannie was thoughtful, patient, and careful to explain each of the exercises we did, emphasizing the correct form to get the most out of the exercise and avoid injury. A terrific introductory session.
