Really disappointing experience at Club Pilates SOMA. I was expecting a welcoming, professional studio, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. The customer service was poor, communication was frustrating, and I left feeling like they cared much more about the membership and money than about the actual client experience. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. There are so many Pilates studios in San Francisco, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
I visit SF every 1-2 mos. While n SF I go to Club Pilates…. Today I took Jay’s class at Club Pilates! He s the best! Excellent!!!
Staff and Instructors are great and very helpful! Soma Club Pilates is one of the best Pilates in SF!
