the worst Pilates place in Atlanta do not waste your time or your money at this establishment there are many many many other studios that care about their clients and accommodate them according to their disabilities do not enter this studio that's my opinion
Karina is a fabulous instructor. I have taken her classes weekly for more than 3 years and she works hard to make every class different and challenging. She brings great positive energy to each class while taking great care to provide clear instructions and alternatives to make each exercise easier or more demanding. I highly recommend her classes and have appreciated that she is teaching more classes each week at the Avalon Club Pilates.
