I love this community and the availability of times and range of classes. The majority of the teachers are knowledgeable and give a variety of options if modifications are needed. There are 12 in each class so if needing more private instruction then they also have private lessons available.

I joined this studio hoping to find a welcoming and supportive Pilates community after moving to the Charleston area. I also want to point out that I wasn’t new to Pilates. I already had two years of Pilates experience at a boutique studio in Miami and simply wanted to continue growing my practice. Unfortunately, my experience here was anything but welcoming. I LOVE this place! The workouts have all been challenging. I was apprehensive to take the full class experiences at first as I had no idea what any of the movements were. I have been taking private sessions to learn the moves and techniques, and have started taking classes in the group settings. I highly recommend this to all my friends as it is a good, low-impact workout with friendly and knowledgeable staff! It is so much fun!
