I love the atmosphere and the instructors. I used to be athletic but arthritis put a stop to that. Pilotes is the way to go! It has helped my strength tremendously and Spirit. I’m getting my GROOVE back! 😊

I took the 30 minute intro class at Club Pilates Jones Valley and can’t recommend it enough if you are thinking about a Pilates class. From my first inquiry until the class was over they were very responsive and gave me all of the information I needed and the class itself was great!
Awesome! Very up to date. Clean, trainer was highly professional, helpful, respectful, genuine. All of the employees were very nice. I joined for a membership, This is something I have wanted to try for several years, and I was extremely pleased. Very little soreness, and I am on the front side of 80. I strongly recommend it!
