Small studio, but very well run and clean. Lisa Ross is by far the best instructor there and she always makes you feel comfortable and confident in your moves. I’ve been training here for about 11 months now, and I try to take at least one class per week with Lisa. Highly recommend her to everyone. My only complaint is they do not offer enough Level 2 flows. There’s typically only one Level 2 class per day and they are always full.

I'm just here for the feet in straps...
I really wanted to come here but the incessant marketing calls, texts, and emails were obnoxious. I cancelled the free appointment out of pure annoyance. You may want to rethink your marketing strategies.
