Instructor Lisa Ross’ Cardio Sculpt class in particular has been absolutely transformative for me! I’ve never had much endurance when it comes to cardio, but after just a few classes I found myself actually craving the cardio workout and feeling so much stamina and stability throughout the entire hour, while noticing countless positive changes in my body. Plus, Lisa’s sparkling spirit and natural effervescence make class so much fun! She’s the best!

Small studio, but very well run and clean. Lisa Ross is by far the best instructor there and she always makes you feel comfortable and confident in your moves. I’ve been training here for about 11 months now, and I try to take at least one class per week with Lisa. Highly recommend her to everyone. My only complaint is they do not offer enough Level 2 flows. There’s typically only one Level 2 class per day and they are always full.

Been doing this new class Restore. ..OMG ...it gets all the knots out ...amazing Leah Getting back in the flow after knee replacement last Christmas...The trainer are excellent and always finds modifications if you can't do one of the moves...what else can I add ... I'm just here for the feet in straps...
