I had two personal training sessions with Kathryn Karmazyn and cannot say enough great things about her! She showed me exercises that challenged me, while explaining the WHY behind each movement. You can tell there was a lot of thought put behind each exercise we did and how it would help me. Throughout the entire session she was incredibly motivating and had me try moves that made me feel so strong. I can’t wait to schedule another session with her in the future. BOOK WITH HER! Seriously amazing.
I was recommended Pilates by a physical therapist to help strengthen my core to help my back pain. I saw they offered an intro to Pilates class so it wasn’t so intimidating, maybe the best thing I’ve don’t for my body since getting Botox. Love this place! I have never been one to stay consistent with working out but coming up on month 3, I can honestly say coming here is often the best part of my day! I’ve been going to this Club Pilates for years and can confirm that it is one of the best in Nashville. I am VERY sad that Yari has left, but am glad we have Brooke as an instructor! Jessie, who runs the studio is truly the best!
I was visiting from Kansas City and got three great workouts! There is a tropical smoothie a couple doors down and between the work out and Tropical Smoothie’s detox smoothie, it brought me back to life (x3)! Thanks CP!
