I was visiting from Kansas City and got three great workouts! There is a tropical smoothie a couple doors down and between the work out and Tropical Smoothie’s detox smoothie, it brought me back to life (x3)! Thanks CP!

5 star customer service!!!! I visited Nashville a few weekends ago from Detroit and wanted to join a pilates class. I follow one of their instructors on Instagram & thought it would be cool to show some support. Unfortunately, I held off on booking and joined a waitlist. The staff was beyond kind trying to accommodate a different instructor or class/ date for me to attend. I love this club pilates location! I also love that with my unlimited membership i can choose between this one and the location at Indian Lake. Menecis is a phenomenal instructor! She is the ray of sunshine you need on a Monday morning or afternoon. Not only does she help with your form, but she's great at calling out to let us know that you are a queen who can tackle anything and yes you can!
