Our instructor Nicole Mayfield at the Gultch Club Pilates was amazing. By far my favorite instructor thus far. She thoroughly explained proper form and technique throughout the whole class. She also took her time through each of the exercises so it didn’t feel rushed. Genuinely appreciated the way she instructed us.
