Amazing classes!—Cardio Sculpt class led by rockstar Linnea! <3 Followed by a Reformer 1.5) I truly felt all my deepest muscles were all activated, whole body! I also felt stronger. I did feel sore the next day which I embrace fully though ;) thank you so much for sharing genuine, purposeful moment with me. Clean, relaxing, peaceful environment. I enjoy all the various equipments, especially for increasing strength, endurance, flexibility. I highly recommend to explore this special type of workout! Namaste. God bless!

Terrible customer service. I've tried reaching out to the manager about my membership, but never received a response. Despite multiple calls and messages, the receptionist assured me the manager had my memo and would call back ASAP. Two weeks before the auto payment, I contacted them, but still no call from the manager even after the payment date. This is by far the worst gym membership service ever
