As a first timer for Pilates, I was humbled. It was such a great experience and Ellina was amazing and so polite and helpful when it came to my posture. I am looking forward to doing this again!

Instructor Tess was amazing - She was patient supportive pushed you when you needed to be posted nurtured when she saw you were struggling a little bit. She really focused on form which was really helpful. Great positive person.
The instructors are wonderful, but if you pay for the "unlimited membership" be aware that classes are very full with very long waitlist. For the months of January and February I was charged for my "unlimited membership" and was unable to attend any classes because of how overbooked they all were. The waitlist did not open up. Which is what their general manager kept telling me was a solution to my problem. Michelle was honestly amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and fostered a great environment during class. I’ll definitely look forward to taking more classes with her.
