Bisi is so amazing! She takes the time to help you and she gives a great workout. I take her morning classes and she has a really soft and soothing voice, so it really eases me into the tough workout.

Alana has some great style-exercises, many of which I’d never done before and was very happy to do. But I’m very critical when it comes to safety and clear instructions even in a 1.5 class. My head was hanging off the box when it should have been supported. She rushes through some positions where the correct position is critical. My straps were not right, one got hung up on the post.
