Great class for those who are new to pilates!
I tend to take classes with the instructors that are patient, clear and detailed in their teaching. I find Anastacia and Janet to be the best instructors. Both are knowledgeable and detailed with Pilates and very nice.
I am a new member of the DB studio, and have loved the classes I have taken so far! The studio is clean and the staff is kind and professional. I'm excited to continue growing my practice at this studio 😄
