Challenging and great class. It’s also good to be corrected if not in the right position!
This studio is great! They offer a free introductory to show you the basic movements, I was always scared to try pilates and look dumb in my first class. The owner of the Redondo Location, Sienna, is so warm and friendly and immediately makes you feel comfortable. After trying about 4 different instructors now, I've loved the diversity that you can get in every class. Not to mention how kind and motivating everyone is!
This Club Pilates is on POINT!! from the moment you walk into the door, workout and exiting the entire experience was AMAZING!! The staff and instructor were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this specific Club Pilates!
