Great instructors, they mix it up so it doesn’t become too mundane and repetitive. They’re good about walking around and making corrections
I love Michelle over here at Club Pilates in Redondo Beach. She helps you, if your not doing the exercises correctly by coming over to you and will come correct you. She gave me a great workout and I feel sore afterwards which is good and she has you do ab work out , and leg work out and butt work outs too! Every one should take her class as you feel so good after wards.
