Great energy and great workout
Anna is always on time and very professional. She pays close attention to everyone in the class, making sure we do the exercises correctly and safely. I really appreciate her guidance and attentiveness!
Jordan is the BEST! Her workouts are fun, thorough and challenging! She's constantly giving words of encouragement and helping me with my form. Seriously, my favorite instructor!
No stars regarding upper management. Not sure how this larger company (Xponential Fitness) is structured but I have been waiting for over 40 days for a refund of money since I was doubled charged for over 8 months!!! The local studio and instructors are good, but whoever is the operations/finance needs better oversight. Why should I have to wait this long for $2,700 that was charged to my credit card? Kaitlin is an AWESOME teacher at Club Pilates Newland center!!!! She is so knowledgeable, and creative in her classes. I end up getting the Pilates wobble early on in the class. I actually strive for that because her classes are activating muscles I didn’t even know I had. Not to mention, her classes are so fun!!!!!
