I love working out with Melanie. Everything flows from one thing into another. Very good work out not stressful at all. I feel great afterwards.
Since starting Pilates I feel more relaxed. I so enjoy every time I go. It's a good stress reliever and exercise at the same time.
Clean facility, friendly staff. I like that they offer later classes to allow those who work to come in for a session.
