Ever since LAFitness sold the club to Club Pilates it turned into a nightmare!!! Teachers just don’t show up for a class without notifying us that the class was cancelled! They don’t respect people’s time who booked a class and have to come to the class to realize that there’s no teacher. It happened too many times. And on the other hand, if we show up to the class and forget to sign in, they charge us for no show!!! This is the worst place I’ve been in. I wouldn’t recommend this club to anyone! Very frustrating!
