Jenna at the front desk was amazing and Montana, who was a sub for my first intro class, was terrific…solid instruction and queuing w/ great energy in SB studio!

Mariyah is an amazing instructor. She brings great energy to the class. Her classes are fun and challenging, the best way to push yourself to do workout. Mariyah makes sure that we all have the right position/posture to avoid any injury and to get the most out of each exercise. Love doing Pilates with Mariyah

Mariyah and Babette are my favorite teachers. Mariyah comes around to each of us at the beginning of class to greet us by name. She shares a little about her own life which is nice and makes us all feel like friends. Babette has a lot of helpful information because she is learning about physical therapy in school. She can offer modifications for my physical limitations.

I took a class of Mariyah’s… what a a bucket of just the right amount of sunshine! She is such a naturally cheerful force (without the false sugar feeling) and also provides slower, classical, and rock solid challenges, adjusting well to varying levels. Don’t be fooled by her saying we are going to work on the mat! Walking into her class when she joined this studio was a welcome surprise of a great kick in the #$!?! # in all the best ways.
