Mindy is great! She has a good pace, explains and models the moves, and has a comfortable voice to listen to as she guides you through the burn! I took the cardio class and it was manageable but challenging all at the same time!
I enjoyed my center and balance class with Brenda. She is very clear with instructions and helpful during class to make sure you are doing the positions correctly. She has a low key, calm vibe! 😊.
