I absolutely loved my class at the method Pilates, it was the perfect mix of strength and balance yet they cater to all experience ! The studio itself is really beautiful and aesthetic
I started taking Pilates in May 2021, for the first time ever, and I love it!! Great exercise, fun classes with different teachers who always make it challenging, and motivate us to improve. I wanted to increase my strength for lifting my grandchildren, we had seven in 2021, and they were getting very heavy! We now have eleven grandchildren and #12 on the way.
