Love club Pilates RSM! Everyone there is very welcoming and kind to all levels. I started out with zip 0 Pilates (or any formal workout) experience, and I’m now confidently up to the level 2 (highest class intensity) regularly. I’ve been a member for 8 months and never thought I’d look forward to working out :) for sure try the free intro class !
