lol, been gone for 2 weeks vacation/RvIng and didn’t want o get up for any am Classes so this 12:30 CP 1.5 class was perfect - love Connie as instructor! And as usual if I wanted to crank it up? I been doing Pilates for more than 5 years now- Connie won’t mind, as I know good form and how not to injury myself or distract other clients.
Connie is an excellent teacher. She individualizes the experience!
