I had a 2 month freeze and then tried to cancel. I missed the deadline and Melissa, the manager, refused to offer any courtesy. I asked if I could just be charged another freeze month. Instead I was charged the full $249 for February. I have been with them for years so I was disappointed that they refused to work with me. Then come March 1st and they charged me another $249!!! I love Mary Anne's classes. She is able to observe and suggest modified movements for me. This is the sign of an experienced and caring instructor.
I took a great challenging but doable class from Sirena. She was creative amd the class went by so fast!
Shirley is the best! Always helping us with our technique and making us laugh when it hurts. Her classes are super fun!!
Raven is terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. Lets us know what muscles we should be feeling and focusing on. Constant reminders throughout the session and lots of encouragement and praise. I love her classes! I come in tense and tight and leave relaxed but stronger and more fit.
