Shirley is the best! Excellent and creative instruction..very attentive to individual needs. She puts so much thought and energy into her classes, I feel very fortunate to have found her!
Club Pilates Costa Mesa is an outstanding pilates studio. I just finished a Center & Balance (stretch) class with Melanie. I feel great, I particularly love how she describes what body part(s) you should be feeling your stretch in. She is very attentive and if you need modifications, she is eager to assist. She makes you very confident and comfortable taking her class.
Sirena was great, fantastic class!
