Always a great class, no two classes are the same
This studio has amazing instructors and a great variety of times and class levels. I’ve been going here since 2021, and I can definitely tell that my core strength, posture, and flexibility have improved.
I can’t say enough how I enjoy and appreciate the instructions that Maryann gives to those who attend her classes. Not only does she give clear instructions on how to execute a certain exercise but also does it with a smile.
