Intro class with Johanna was amazing! She explained everything to ensure I got the most out of it and made it so fun!

Definitely recommend, Ismael the instructor pushes you and makes your workout difficult. Enjoyed going and came out sore the next day.
Everyone is very helpful. it’s my first class which is the free intro class. the instructor ismael was very helpful. when i struggle he notice and come over and help. answer all the questions i have. he made the class fun so i want to give the class a try so i sign up. he did say that if i am doing it right i can feel it later. which i did the next day.
