The front desk staff are very rude and unresponsive. They dont respond to phone calls and direct you to the voicemail and they dont call back. I tried to cancel my membership while on freeze as my contract stated that I could cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice. They declined and asked me to activate for another month then submit another 30-day notice. I sent them my contract via email and asked them to highlight the verbiage that states that the account cant be canceled with 30-day notice while on freeze. They di... read more
